As someone who loves typography, my journey into lettering started as a natural extension of this interest. It's a way for me to bring the beauty of letters to life in more creative and free-flowing ways. My adventure began with the simple yet beautiful act of pen meeting paper, where each line and curve was a step into the world of hand lettering. Then, I embraced the digital world, using my iPad and Procreate to create clean, modern designs. More recently, I've started exploring 3D lettering with Nomad Sculpt, adding a new layer to my journey with type.

Each piece in this collection is more than just letters put together; it's a celebration of my path through different methods, a path where I keep discovering the endless possibilities in the world of typography

36 Days of Type is a project that invites designers, illustrators and visual artists to express their unique interpretation of the letters and numbers of the Latin alphabet.

A yearly open call that explores the creative boundaries of letterforms by challenging participants to design a letter or number each day for 36 consecutive days. The result is a global and simultaneous act that showcases the ability to represent the same symbols from thousands of different perspectives.

I participated to 36 Days of Type in 2023, and below is my submission for it.

3D / Sculpting / Typography

Typeknitting intertwines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary typography. It is a visual exploration of how disparate artistic domains can merge to forge new aesthetics and deeper meanings. The work is an ode to the artisanship and the potency of words, intertwining to initiate a fresh dialogue at the crossroads of history and the present, heritage and innovation.
